 Michael Leven 

BSc (Hons), MPhil, PhD, MRTPI, MHKIEIA, MHKIQEP, Certified Arborist (ISA)

Dr. Leven is an ecologist and environmental planner specialising in ecological impact assessment, strategic environmental assessments, habitat design and management, conservation biology and ornithology. His field experience, built up over the course of over 20 years, covers most of East Asia, with a particular focus on forest and freshwater habitats and bird communities. He has a Ph.D. from The University of Hong Kong, with his thesis on bird utilisation of shrubland in Hong Kong.






 Geoff Carey 

BSc (Hons), MHKIEIA, MHKIQEP

Geoff has considerable experience in providing ecological input to strategic planning studies and environmental impact assessments. He is an expert on minimising bird strike risk at airports in the region, having worked in this field since the mid 1990s. He has long field and work experience of nearly 30 years throughout China, and is responsible for managing the company's ISO-certified Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.






 Paul Leader

Paul has particular experience of Ecological Impact Assessment and of the design and management of wetland habitats for wetland restoration or enhancement. He is an avifauna specialist with considerable experience with bird monitoring techniques, all stages of radio-tracking and satellite-tracking. Paul has travelled extensively in East Asia, especially China, and is one of the leading experts on the region's avifauna.






 David Stanton

David is an ecologist and Chartered Environmentalist with over 15 years of experience in ecological research, survey and environmental consultancy. Specialising in ecological impact assessments, particularly ecological mitigation and enhancement, he has a wide range of survey experience in terrestrial, freshwater and marine systems.
