 Anthony D. Pickering 

MA, BSc (Arb), P.G.C.E. (Arb), M.Arb.A

Anthony has 30 years' experience of arboriculture working in the public sector, private sector and education. His working life has seen him build up a wealth of experience to add to his in-depth knowledge and qualifications of supplying world recognized standards of tree care through all aspects of arboriculture across the globe. He gained a research masters investigating the relationship between sustainable development learning and gaining arboricultural knowledge and understanding.

 Ida Yu 

BSc (Hons), MPhil

Ida is a plant ecologist and botanist with extensive knowledge of plant identification and assessment covering all types of habitats. In addition, she is a certified arborist and has experience in landscape design and management. She participates in a wide variety of ecological impact assessments, feasibility studies and several tree assessments. These include providing habitat and tree evaluation and assessments, planting lists and schedules, and wetland habitats monitoring. Her M.Phil research concerned enhancing floristic diversity via the introduction of native woody species to exotic plantations in Hong Kong.

 Grace Leung 

BSc (Hons), MPhil

Grace is a Certified Arborist of International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and currently a Principal Ecologist with AEC Limited, and has been working as a professional ecologist for over 8 years. Grace is a vegetation specialist, able to identify over 1,000 local plant species, and is an adept and versatile field biologist, with skills in avifauna and wildlife surveys. As a tree specialist/ Certified Arborist, Grace has extensive experience in supporting government/ private development projects for conducting tree assessment/ tree risk or hazard assessment and providing guidance in tree preservation and management. Grace has also supported a number of Environmental Impact Assessment Studies covering both marine and terrestrial ecological studies in the HKSAR, including the proposed offshore wind farm in SE waters of Hong Kong, for which Grace conducted the ornithological impact assessment and the bird collision risk modeling.
